Pascoe, John E.
The Similkameen Star reported that E.L. Darrah was having a two-story building built for his bakery in late 1911. However, C.V. Semerad sold his business and store to Darrah in January 1912. Shortly after, he was joined by John E. Pascoe. Together they operated the Star Restaurant and a “first class bakery” and confectionary (September 1912).
In March 1913, Pascoe opened a bakery and confectionary shop in the Thomas Block.
Pascoe had been in charge of the boarding house at Copper Mountain “for some time,” according to the Similkameen Star, May 12, 1916.
Other Pascoe’s in Princeton: Beulah Pascoe, Velma Pascoe, Wallace Pascoe, Pete Pascoe. No proof of relationship.
