Thank you for visiting our website, we hope you enjoy it.

We acknowledge that the Similkameen Valley on which we learn, work and organise is the ancestral, traditional and unceded territory of the Similqmix people and the home of the Upper Similkameen Indian Band.

This site was created to showcase the contents of the Princeton and District Museum and Archives Society’s Collection. We are not trying to provide extensive details here, just a listing of the holdings.

If you are looking for something specific, we encourage the use of the Search tool. If you are just browsing, use the links to the various resources on this page. You will find more information on each module’s front page.

If you’d like to see what our actual museum is like in person then check out the contact page for our opening hours. If you can’t make it to us then check out the Virtual Tour of our facility.

The Princeton Museum would like to invite you to help improve the quality of our Collection. The fact that you are looking at this website indicates that you have an interest in Princeton and its history. You can help by taking the time to give us feedback on the entries. If you can add something to a resource or find that we have made a mistake, please tell us so that we can make the correction. Most of the single item pages have a Comments box for this purpose.
