Opened first garage in Princeton Similkameen Garage 1911 sold out ot Homer Wells 2-1-1912 Fist Postmaster for East Princeton in 1913 Mrs. King, died 1920. 1914 he drew and displayed a map of the European war zone in the window of Len Houston’s store; He was described as ‘the local architect’ Elected school board yrsutee Dec. 21, 1915 Secretary Dec. 21, 1915-16-17- to May 3, 1918. Obit. Sim. Star March 29, 1918 Mr. T.C. King died at his home East Princeton March 26 at the age of 72. He was born in England and moved to the States as a young man. Starting as a school teacher he afterwards became an architect and settled in Des Moines, Iowa, where he drew the plans for some of the most prominent buildings in the city. Some years ago he moved to Lacombe Alberta and later came to Princeton. His last work of a professional nature was in connection wuth the enlarging of the Princeton School, acting as teh government building inspector. He was secretary at Pr. School Board. He was a most lovebable man. Surv. by his widow, one daughter, Mrs/S.R. Gibson (Rhoda) and two sons Thomas and Robert living elsewhere
