According to research these snuff bottles were made in Landshut, Bavaria.  Landshut is a town in Bavaria in the south-east of Germany. Situated on the banks of the River Isar, Landshut is the capital of Lower Bavaria.  On the back of the bottle is reads Poschl- Schnupftabake, Landshut, Bayern.
Schnupftabak means snuff, sniffing tobacco, powdered tobacco.
