Eliza Ann Bromley was born on August 11, 1888 on the Horse Shoe Ranch, the Bromley family ranch, between Princeton and Hedley. She was the daughter of John Hatton Bromley, Sr. and May Catherine Lorenzetto, of Hope, BC.
Eliza Ann Bromley married Richard John Edmonds, a butcher in Hedley, on January 27, 1909 at the Bromley family ranch. After his death in 1946, she married Ernest (Ernie) Haymondy Frampton on November 19, 1949. Her first husband, Richard Edmonds, died on December 29, 1946 in Princeton. At the time of his death, they were living in Hedley. Ernest Frampton died on July 143, 1952 in Victoria, BC.
She died on January 15, 1957 after a fall from the second story of her house during a house fire. At the time of her death, she was a proprietor of a confectionary store in Hedley, BC.
