John Shigeru Tanaka, a long-time resident of Princeton, passed away at the age of 85 years.

John enjoyed fishing, curling, poker, crib, and bus trips to Reno, Nevada. He was a Legion member, friend to many, and a supporter of local sports.

His family donated a large quantity of photographs (slides) that John had taken to the Princeton Museum.
