Killed by a large fly-wheel at work at the No. 1 crusher, Copper Mountain, Sept. 14, 1937. Age 41. A native of Ireland and came here some three months ago (June 1937) from Grand Forks, BC. Unmarried and no relatives in these parts. He served with the Royal Field Artillery during the War, joining the colours at sixteen and attaining the rank of Corporal.
