Two copies of a postcard depicting the opening day of the Bridge of Dreams. Back of the postcard reads: In 1915 the vision and foresight of the developers of the Kettle Valley Railroad came to fruition when the final component of joining points from East of the Rocky Mountains to the ocean ports of Vancouver was placed in Princeton British Columbia. Sadly with the discontinuation of the rail structure in 1989 the bridge was removed leaving a gap along the Trans Canada Trail. With that a dream to bridge the gap to join the Trail was born.
