Written by Isobel Cattermole was this information:- This piece of copper came from Copper Mountain before 1922, or so my father told me. In the days of yore he had a branding iron with the Diamond H. They shipped goods and branded the box with the H. When we were in Vancouver, in the 1920 – 1930 he sold insurance. He met a guard at the prison, and Mr Hyde had one of the inmates hammer the diamond H into the copper. Isabel Cattermole. May 8th, 1998.
