Black and red dress. Black velvet top with collar, shoulder pads and very short sleeves, red underskirt with black netting over top, with a design that looks to have been painted on. Hand made with mixture of sewing machine and hand stitching on hems. Side zipper. Red underskirt has a huge hem, and netting looks like it has been cut – dress could have been shortened, hence the huge hem, or was made so that it could be lengthened if needed.
