Black velvet dress with long puffy sleeves, ending in narrow cuffs with 3 snaps on each cuff, shoulder pads, has narrow pin stripe. 3 rhinestone cross ornaments on neckline, going from large to small. Matching belt with 2 rhinestone cross ornaments. 6 velvet covered buttons on back of neck line. Dress was de-accessioned in April 2010, but was re-donated by Lori Thomas in 2022, and re-accessioned under the original museum number. Dress appears to be hand made using machine stitching.
