Daymore Dress
Daymore Dress, Montreal. Yellow floral print, sleeveless polished cotton. Square neckline, full skirt; black velvet trim with rhinestone and bead cluster ornaments on belt loops and neck line; approximately calf length. Dress was a museum purchase and was deaccessioned on 13 April 2010, dress taken by Lori Thomas (not wife of Lyle Thomas) and then given back to the museum. Dress reaccessioned under same number and museum card 9th August 2022, after being repaired by writer. Museum card refers to item A & B, but only the dress is listed on the card. Perhaps this refers to the velvet trim like belt, but this is actually sewn onto the dress.
