Cream coloured dinner plate with picture of a kitchen scene in the middle, featuring a fireplace, pots and pans, table, rug and beams on the ceiling. Edge is fluted, and slightly scalloped, and has gold gilt trim on the rim. Pottery stamp reads – Homer Laughlin, Made in USA. M 48 N 8. M stands for December, 48 for 1948, N is for the Newell Potteries, in Newell, West Virginia. 8 is the number of the factory. No museum card found.
