A = Doll, long cloth body, and compostion head. Body is stuffed with somethng soft – does not appear to be straw. Forearms and hands are composition, and fingers are damaged on each hand. Blond hair, some of which is missing, appears to be mohair. Features are painted on. to face. B = Green silk dress with brown lace trim – may have been a dark green originally. C = white slip with lace trim. D= white bloomers with lace trim. Lower legs are wearing stockings, with black velvet shoes sewn onto the feet. Feet may have been made of composition at one time, and replaced. No internet information found on this doll. Donated by Isobel Howse, who was born in 1917. Doll belonged to her mother.
