Japanese sugar bowl. White back ground, hand painted with leaves and flowers, and a pattern around the rim. 2 handles, missing lid. Pottery stamp has a small drawing of a flower, and states hand painted, Nippon. The time frame for the use of the word Nippon was 1891 to 1921.
