Mini hand held drum, looks like a rattle, but does not make a rattle noise. Black handle, which may have had a cord at the end. Made of wood with some kind of skin stretched over each end, and tacked down. Would have had another attachment that would have hit each side when it was moved, like a noise maker. This is missing, but evidence of it is noted on each side.
