Pewter sugar bowl, has matching milk jug. Decorative stripes near the top. The Simeon L. & George H. Rogers Company was founded in Hartford, CT. in 1900. It was taken over by William A. Rogers, Ltd., a Canadian firm, in 1918, which was in turn succeeded by Oneida Silversmiths in 1929.
