Plate, possibly for cake. Has a flower and bird design, some cracking in glaze noted. Made by Ashworth Bros in Hanley, which is in England. Internet search indicates that this stamp was used between 1880 – 1891, as the word England was added after that date. (Museum card states that item could be listed under file card H982.15 and 16)
