White plate with flower design inthe middle, appears to be hand painted. Edging has a pattern of cut out holes. Probably a side plate or for sandwiches at lunch, etc etc. Some gold gilt around the design on the outer edge, but it has mostly worn away. No pottery stamp. No donor card found. Plates like these were made in Japan in the 1930’s and 1940’s, and also in Germany in the early 1900’s.
