Probable pipe cleaner, for cleaning stem of pipe or cigarette holder. Found with a collection of pipes and holders. Cleaner part has engraving on the front. Has a lid that cleaner portion slides into. On the lid it reads Air New Zealand. No known number or museum card found as yet.
