Cream colored side plate with picuture of a kitchen scene in the middle, featuring a fireplace, pots and pans, table, rug and beams on the ceiling. Edge is fluted, and slightly scalloped, and has gold gilt trim on the rim. Pottery stamp reads – Homer Laughlin, Made inUSA. M 43 N 6. M stands for December, 43 for 1943, N is for the Newell Potteries, in Newell, West Virginia. 6 is the number of the factory. No museum card found.
