Wedgewood blue crepe dress. Machine couching at neckline. 6 covered buttons at the back of neck. Built in decorative ruffle belt at waist. Long sleeves. Appears to be hand made with a sewing machine, hem to skirt is hand sewn. Museum card states this dress is circa 1940.
