Jim Archibald was born on December 27, 1895, in North Dakota, USA. He married Gladys Miller on August 16, 1926, at Jura, BC. He died on April 5, 1993, at the Overlander Extended Care Hospital in Kamloops, BC.
Jim and his brother, Dave, operated a sawmill in the Princeton area. Around 1940, both families left Princeton to take up land in the Clearwater region. See also: Archibald, David Armstrong “Dave”
