Mrs. Berquist lived in the school that was being used until 1916. She lived in it from 1920 to 1926, renting from Mr. McDougal. She was a Similkameen Star subscriber in June 1931. She also donated $2 to the organ fund in 1931. In 1946, she was a widow.
Princeton October 11, 1930 – $10 a month for janitor work required in the old Courthouse school building. If she should find this not satisfactory a seperate janitor be found for that building. O. Berquist Star Sub 12/46 add. Osoyoos.
Carolina Graham (housekeeper) married Carl J Berquist (diamond driller) on January 3, 1925 in Princeton, BC. Both were widowers.
