Biggs, Jack
According to Derward Broomfield, Jack Biggs was the Mine Inspector and was on site when the Blakeburn explosion occurred in 1930. An uncredited notebook (Princeton Museum 2021.020.001) may be in his handwriting and is a description of the details of the explosion and aftermath. Jack Biggs was mines inspector succeeded by E.R. Hughes.
