Replaced R. S. Ross in the back of Commerce in May 1909, relocating from the Victoria branch. He was received onto the Princeton Board of Trade in June 1909. Mr. Brown was a keen lawn tennis player. He was a lawyer for a public meeting in regards to forming a hospital committee
