Harvey Currie met Lennah Woodward in Castor, AB. His family had come from western Ontario to Castor, AB. They were married in February 1912. They moved to BC in 1920 and then to Princeton in 1938.
He raised horses for logging and used mostly Belgians, that mainly weighed 2,000 pounds.
