Galloway, Anne
Miss Anne Galloway, from Duncan, BC, taught at Sterling Creek School from 1939 to 1940. She was the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. F. W. Galloway of Duncan, BC.
Her brother, Lieutenant A.F. Galloway, was killed in action on May 31, 1940. Her sister, Mrs. P.R. Ellis, was living in Princeton at this time.
In July 1940, she organized a baby clothing drive at Sterling Creek School for the Red Cross.
She taught with Mrs. Peter Horsefield from Nanaimo, BC.
