Dorothy Glover was the only child of Clara and Francis Glover. She was born around 1906. She attended school in Princeton until April 1916.
From then on, she attended school at Braemar College in Vancouver, BC. Braemar had an attendance of about 100 girls, as residence and day pupils. Subject areas were music, athletics, and academics. When her parents visited, they stayed at Glencoe Lodge, an exclusive residential hotel built by B.T. Rogers in 1906.
She was living in London, England in December 1923 (dancing) and was still there in March 1925 (theatre).
