Lambert, R.A. “Charlie”
Worked on his placers on Granite Creek in 1913. Placer miner, of the Golden Gate Syndicate, operating on Granite Creek. Ref: Sim.* May 8, 1914. Mr. & Mrs. Scrim (Grandchild) visited the archives dept. 26 Sept 1986. He was a child in Princeton when his grandfather (R.A Lambert) owned the bakery. (listed in Business file 1923-27) He said that Mr. Lambert had been in Princeton placer mining and had noticed the platinum but ignored it. Subsequently he was in the Klondyke and then returned to Princeton area. Here he had a mininig operation with a Stewart (See Geology and Mineral Deposites of the Tulameen District Memoir #26 by Chas.
