Allan Cameron and Hildreth Neil (nee Alcock) Logan — Robert Allan, Earl Howard and Stanley Cameron Logan.
James was born in Merritt, B.C. in 1922 to Allan Cameron and Hildreth Neil (nee Alcock) Logan. He had three brothers: Robert Allan , Earl Howard and Stanley Cameron. He lived most of his life in the Tulameen area, including Blakeburn. He was an accomplished outdoorsman. His occupations were many and included logging with his father, and park ranger in the Bowron Lake Provincial Park in central BC.
Jim played the guitar and harmonica and loved singing. He could also play the banjo, violin and button accordion. He had a mechanical ability to fix any motor and was good at woodworking. Jim enjoyed writing poetry and was published in the Canadian Stories Magazine. His wife of many years was Irene Lily Hartman. Jim passed away just shy of his 95th birthday.
