Edith Myrtle Schisler in Welland, Ontario, on July 1, 1893. She married Louis Napoleon Marcotte in Princeton, BC on September 6, 1911. He was a part owner of the Coalmont Hotel. She was staying at the home of her parents toward the end of her pregnancy. Sadly, she died at the age of nineteen giving birth to her daughter (also named Myrtle) on September 12, 1912. Although her husband remarried many years after her death, he chose to be buried beside her in the Princeton Cemetery. Inducted into Rebekah Vermilion #24 Lodge November 14, 1910.
