Murray, Jim
Ref: K. Seaman There was a bachelor, Jim Murray ‘Old Murray’ 18 miles from Princeton, a hunter and trapper who had one eye. He always told a story about seeing a nice big buck deer, got his rifle to shoot it, aimed and fired; then realized he had closed the wrong eye. When he opened his eye the buck was gone. The summer homes are built there now, halfway along Allison Lake shore. In here somewhere an Irishman, Bill Scruby, who came and went, and finally left for good.
