Huey McCue took over management – Jackson – 1953 Manager himself till 1950 when he moved to Hope and took over Cook’s Drugs there. Also had stores in Keremeos and one other. Had store at Hedley 1942 Pres. Board of Trade 1944 – 1945 Opened drugstore August 1, 1938 on site of present Hamilton Realty 1978. In 1948 purchased old bakery bldg. from Nick Bush. 1955 disastrous fire gutted the premises Temporary location in teh old Two Rivers building. reopened at previous location March 1956. Re-located at corner Billiter and Bridge 1961 S.W. 1956 Owns drug stores in Keremeos, Princeton and Hope
