Filip Peter Zagar was born in Yugoslavia around 1901. He married Ika/Eva Budak. He died on October 28, 1944.
Peter Zagar and Ika/Eva’s infant son died in Princeton on December 27, 1933.
He was one of the founding members of the Princeton “Friends of the Soviet Union” in June 1933.
He was embroiled in a physical alteration at the Tulameen beer parlour (owned by Andy Johnson) in April 1934. Charged with causing grievous bodily harm, bail was set at $500.00.
