Photo depicts Bob Jameson and cougar hide. Typewritten caption included reads: Bob Jameson and cougar hide, 1930’s. Jameson’s lived in abandoned Ashnola (upper) hotel. In 1880’s Bob and father, hunting on (Copper) mountain opposite, shot deer. Where it fell the turf was scraped up and copper outcrop exposed; mine started 1900 (see Sunset Brown pics and story).
